October 27 – Assembly District 78 Endorsement Meeting

At our meeting on Sunday, Octoberer 27, 2019, Point Loma & Ocean Beach Dems will consider endorsing a candidate for Assembly District 78. This district includes all of Point Loma and Ocean Beach and is currently held by Todd Gloria. Read more about the demographics of the 78th here. This is an opportunity for us to ask questions and hear from each of the Democratic candidates during a moderated forum. Please read up on the candidates and bring your questions. It’s summertime – which means this month’s ‘Meeting’ is a social affair with our Annual Summer Potluck and fundraising for the Western Service Workers Association and their Back-to-School Drive. Sunday August 25, 2019 –  3:30-5:30PM  Please invite your friends and potential members to attend and meet fellow Democrats and elected officials, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Please bring school supplies, hand held calculators and backpacks or a generous check for the Western Service Workers Association Back-to-School Drive.
